Lakeside Estate Project – Interior Finishing & Custom Detailing

Overview

Located on a 28-acre family estate along the shores of Lake Michigan, this 8,800-square-foot lakeside mansion showcases our craftsmanship at its finest. Recently completed interior work includes:

  • Over 2.5 miles of tongue-and-groove ceiling, meticulously finished by hand for a seamless, natural look

  • Custom-welded stair rails, sprayed in place with precision to complement the home’s architectural elegance

  • A private library, immersive movie theater, luxurious master suite, and a rooftop entertainment area with panoramic lake views

This residence is one of three homes currently under construction on the estate, each designed with distinctive features and elevated finishes. Our team is proud to contribute to this legacy project, blending artistry, durability, and lakefront luxury.
