Nestled 30 miles off the coast of Charlevoix, Michigan, this custom-built home on Beaver Island presented a unique and rewarding challenge. With no direct road access, our team coordinated a blend of airplane flights and ferry transport to move crew and materials across Lake Michigan—requiring precision planning and a spirit of adventure.

Our team provided high-end interior finishes throughout this custom-built home, including:

  • Four spacious bedrooms, including a second-floor master suite

  • A massive screened-in porch perfect for island breezes

  • A cozy shiplap bunk room designed for comfort and charm

  • Custom built-ins framing the living room fireplace

  • A stunning Venetian plaster fireplace that anchors the space with elegance

This project reflects our ability to deliver premium interior painting—even when the destination is an island.
